Terms And Conditions For XXPuro Browser

  • You may use XXPuro Browser for lawful, personal purposes. Be respectful of other people and of the websites you visit.
  • The app is free and supported by ads.
  • You are responsible for what you open, download and do with the app, including any proxy you use.

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the XXPuro Browser Android app ("XXPuro Browser", "the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Effective date: October 6, 2026.

2. Who may use the app

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. What the app is

XXPuro Browser is a mobile web browser. It displays websites using your device's Android WebView and includes tools such as tabs, incognito tabs, ad blocking, downloads, an app lock, shortcuts and an optional proxy setting. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

4. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the rules of Google Play. We keep all rights not expressly granted. The app, its name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks shown in the app belong to their owners.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the app to break any law or regulation, or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • use it to access, store or distribute unlawful content, including content that exploits or endangers children;
  • use it to harass, defraud, spread malware, or attempt unauthorised access to any system;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • interfere with the app, our providers or the ads shown in it, for example by generating fake ad impressions or clicks;
  • remove or hide notices, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

6. Proxy, ad blocking and similar tools

The app offers settings that change how pages load, including routing traffic through a proxy, blocking ads and trackers on web pages, changing the browser's user-agent, and blocking images. You are responsible for using them lawfully and in line with local law and the terms of the sites you visit. Proxies you add or choose may be run by third parties; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they do with your traffic. See the Privacy Policy. Ad blocking is best-effort and may not block every ad or may affect how some sites work.

7. Websites, content and downloads

The app shows content from websites we do not own or control. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for that content, for downloads, or for the actions of other sites. Open and download files at your own risk, and scan files you do not trust. The web may contain material that is unsuitable for some people, including minors. Content filtering is not provided by the app.

8. Advertising

The app is free and shows ads, including full-screen ads and native ads, provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for products and services advertised. Dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

9. App lock

If you set a passcode, you are responsible for remembering it. We cannot recover it. If it is lost, the only way to regain access is to clear the app's data, which deletes your tabs and settings. Biometric unlock is provided by Android; we do not control or receive biometric data.

10. Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability and security. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will work with every website.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or device damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, from websites, ads, downloads or proxies, or from unauthorised access to your device. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero for the free app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Your responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or of others' rights, or the content you access or distribute using the app, to the extent the law allows.

14. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access, or discontinue the app, if you breach these Terms or for legal, security or operational reasons.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer of XXPuro Browser is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in that country's courts, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of your home country.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
